Do you guarantee International delivery ?
We do not guarantee international delivery and will not refund orders that are confiscated or lost during the shipping process. By placing an order on our site you understand and agree that you may not perform a chargeback if the order does not arrive. International orders are at your own risk and we do not file insurance claims for lost or confiscated seeds. We highly recommend our “Stealth Shipping” option in which we remove seeds from breeder packaging to be more discreet.
How much time do I have to make payment arrangements for a cash order?
You will have 2 business days ( Monday – Friday and excluding holidays) to email us upon completing your order., When placing your order online you have 2 business days to email us the tracking number for your payment, otherwise we will be forced to release your items back into our online inventory. We recommend sending payments via USPS Priority, USPS Certified mail or UPS Ground, DO NOT OVERNIGHT or NEXT DAY PAYMENTS (Email us if you need extra time.)

How do I send cash payment ? Can i do it from home ?
Avoid the long lines in the post office and do it from home! You are able to print your own priority mail shipping label with a tracking number from the convenience of your own home using the Post Office Click-N-Ship service. You can also utilize Self-Service Kiosks inside select Post Office locations (select Self-Service Kiosks from the ‘Locations Types’ drop-down menu). Some post office locations even keep these self-service kiosks open 24 hours a day! So there is no longer a need to stand in line and wait at the post office. Please note that tracking is mandatory and if not supplied, we have no responsibility if your payment gets lost in transit.
How do I pay using Bitcoin ?
There are a several ways to pay with bitcoin. One easy way to buy bitcoin with a debit card or Apple Pay is thru a phone app like Bitpay Wallet App, Coinbase wallet or CashApp. Bitcoin orders must be paid within 1 hour of placing order or will be auto canceled. My seeds did not pop. What can I do ?
We do not replace seeds for germination issues directly but most of our breeders have satisfaction guarantee so any possible replacements would come directly from the breeder. If you are not satisfied with your seeds we can get in contact with the breeder for possible replacements. Replacements are left to the breeders discretion but we can assist with getting any info to the breeder for resolution. Most of the brands we offer have satisfaction guarantee and will replace seeds if you are not satisfied. Email us if you have an questions or concerns regarding replacements.
